I touched her thigh and death smiled...
Hey loves
Today was progress checking day in my club.
I gained. I GAINED. G A I N E D 0.4 lbs.
Give me an applause please.
My trainer just looked at me and congratulated me on losing 4% fat and gaining 3.5% muscle, but I WAS NOT HAPPY.
God, I just wanted to kick something. HARD.
Anyway, the lecture today was about meal plans, healthy meals and water.
Something along the lines of:
"Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast will make you a champeeeeon"
I skipped it for the most part of my life.
"You have to have 2 snacks in between meals"
More calories? I don't think so.
"Drink more than 2l of water a day"
Been there, done that.
My muscle ache has mostly stopped.
There is this really cute guy who is also one of the trainers and who always helps me and only me with my exercises.
I think someone has a crush.
They also gave us a paper.
That wouldn't be so bad if they didn't tell us that the paper was where we were supposed to write exactly what we ate for the whole day.
How am I supposed to tell that all I ate yesterday was an apple?
They would murder me.
So, either lie or write the truth and be scolded into next century.
I don't know what to do.
Much love <3

ReplyDeleteoh my God losing 4% fat and gaining 3.5% muscle is AMAZING. better than losing a 1lb that could potentially just be muscle or water or whatever. that is incredible. no. no. i just want to know the secret to this. i want this.
i think i'm the opposite of you. i always have breakfast, but i never have like 2L of water. and i do snack. xD
aw honey :(
that last bit made me sad.
i hope you're okay.
i love you!!!

I have no idea. I was stumped when they told me.
ReplyDeleteLove you too Sammy <3
Aw hun. I totally get why you're panicking at the gain, I think I struggle more with gaining muscle than I do with fat. If it's any consolation,
ReplyDelete1. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you gain muscle and lose fat but stay the same weight, your measurements will be smaller and you will look smaller
2. Muscle burns more calories than fat, so even if you stay the same weight but are building muscle it gives you a higher BMR, which makes it easier to lose weight
I hope the food log went okay :-/ Worried for you.
Love and hugs
<3 xx
It is, but still. I have been so angry with myself it's not even funny.
