So when you put your sins on one, and your heart on the other side... Who will save you from falling down??

Hey lovelies.
Sorry I've been missing out on your wonderful blogs.

My life is kind of a mess.
I gained all the weight I lost (again).
And now I stand at 157.6 ibs.
I just want to die.

Over eating.
Over exercising.
Not purging though.
I don't know really.

When I started to gain the weight, I was afraid that I was going to disappoint you.
So I didn't post.

Then I promised myself that I would post as soon as I go back to 145 again *I reached that one around the 20th September*.

But the weight never went down.
In a month + a few days I gained 12 pounds of fat. I feel disgusting.
And here we go again from here.

My plea's in.
It's your turn to judge.

  1. oh, love. i missed you so very much. actually, i thought of you quite frequently. you and Lottie.
    i missed you and Coldplay.
and THEY BROKE UP MY KLAINE WITH COLDPLAY, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? THEY HURT MY SHIP WITH COLDPLAY.
babe. 157.6. that's still less than me. i'm like 158.0 WITH the weight loss. i'm pretty much at a weight you'll probably never see in your life once.
love, we will never judge you. you can gain up to 200lbs and we'll never judge you. you can gain any amount of weight you want and you can come here to let it out. that's what we're here for, love. i can't judge you. you're gorgeous, babe.
and you can NOT disappoint me, loaf. strange to you as it may seem, but darling, you're a catch and a dream. <3
a dreamer is not just a dreamer, love. a dreamer is a believer.
babe. you can't gain 12 pounds of FAT in months. a lot of that is significantly water weight because you were restricting before then you put in x amount of food that your body isn't used to, so it stores it as weight but that drops off too. there's also factoring in the amount of sodium you were eating. if you were exercising, there's a bit of muscle bit + water retained from exercising *that's a big reason why i HATE exercise right now. i retain like 1-2lbs every time i step on a fucking machine*.
    like i told you, i can't judge.
be kind to yourself, loaf. or at least let us be kind to you.

  2. you'll lose it fast... don't worry!! I read somewhere that people who were in good shape before they gained weight, are quicker to recover
