Food: 1370 (170 of which I ate for lunch, the rest was purged after dinner)

As you can probably see I'm a fat failure at dieting.
I wish I had enough will power to make myself not want.
Oh, and the whole scale thing. I don't know which one shows the correct number.
I'll be using the regular one until Monday. *final weigh-in for Piggy
From Tuesday, I'm switching to the digital one, because it shows me a higher number and is more accurate.
Also, all the new weight will be in ibs. Goal weights will be one BMI point away from one another. *6ibs for my height.
Technicalities, eh??

Don't get me started on Teddy bears. I have like 10 on a red scarf that I absolutely adore (but it only has the heads so that can be a little creepy), I have a HUGE one, on which I sleep, when I sleep on the floor. Unbelievable as it sounds, I find myself asleep on the floor quite often.

babe, that's not what i think at all. babe, honey, i'm like...fat. ridiculously fat. i'm not even in your high weight range.
your current weight is like one of the lowest weights i've ever touched.
wow. for me. my BMI and stuff is confusing. because i have a really big frame and i can use a big frame BMI (i feel like i'm cheating). though the normal one tells me i'm in the overweight range even at 148 where i had a 28.5" waist. how. but the large-framed BMI thing told me i had like a 22.88 BMI at that time. which makes a lot more sense.

well, my college sucks butt as you know and they pulled me back a year and the girl who called me and told me that was named Rachel. also, in Glee, there is a character named Rachel who gets into her dream school by pretty much making Kurt lose his slot. and i'm Kurt and Rachel's butt is evil. so. therefore, i named my scale Rachel. because it fits.

I should really pick up an example (sure I changed country and even continent since my last comment but that's just a lazy excuse).

ReplyDeleteI would say stick with one scales (i'd pick the lower weight ones XD LOL! and just read from that one!) As long as the overall trend is downwards
Oh...Goal as every BMI decrease...thats a really good idea :O! I have a main goal that I want to maintain a BMI of under 21 forever...when I finally get there!! :)

you are not a failure; everyone messes up sometimes, it's what you do next that counts! also, i would just stick to one scale though, because as long as the overall trend is down, that's what matters :) please start posting again! xo.
