Trying to win a losing game...

ABC day 1: 500cal *yesterday*
W: 68
Went better than planned.
450g broccoli 145
2tsp herbal mix 60 (probably overestimating, but get used to it)
a cookie 40
Total: 240

ABC day 2: 500cal *today*
W: 67.8
2tsp herbal mix 60
Yes, it makes me happy..

Now, I have a HUGE problem.
Or possibly my scales are having a fight.

The digital one, that my parents took away, I found at my grandfather's house.
I stepped on it, clothed, and I had a cardiac arrest.
69.3
Good lord, that was a shock.

My other scale, the regular one, showed 67.8 naked and 68.2 clothed.

Is it possible that I've been so wrong for that long?
Or is it just the surface?
Or am I a magical creature whose weight shifts for 1 kg in less than 15min?

Checking the scales tomorrow, on a hard surface.
Concrete, if possible.

  1. your high weight is a weight i'm not at. ffffff xD.
oh, and i fudging hate Angelina Jolie so i bet you're more prettier than her. <3
i think i'll miss you for never because you're always in my stars and sky. therefore, you've never left so i can never cry.
    what a tiny cookie.
speaking of flat, i will kill Leonardo DiCaprio for a binder for my boobs.
use the regular one. always, love. surfaces make a HUGE difference. i can fluctuate like 5lbs depending on the surface. i always use the same one, same surface that will give me the same reading 3 times over.
OMGOSH. I HAVE A GIANT TEDDY BEAR. i have three. one of them is my graduation teddy bear that always is stolen by a small one-year-old sister. two of them are on my bed. one i've had for my whole life-time, and the other one has a scarf!!! tehehe. i'm someone's teddy bear [that can chew a leg when they're hungry]
i'm gonna call you my dairy fairy butterfly. because dairy makes people poop fat so that's relieving [we have ED's. we all KNOW how relieving that is!] so you make me lighter and make the evil scale bitch wife Rachel go down.

  2. I end up at the doctor's fairly often this year, and they always weigh me with all of my clothes on and everything. But if I subtract what I know I weigh from there, my scale is close enough. It isn't actually my scale though...
But I mean, the only way you can tell if you are losing, is by sticking to one scale and basing your weight off of that. If accuracy is a matter, at least it will add on or take off the same amount of pounds from your real weight every time, so you can still know that you are losing or gaining, which is also very important I think... I may be rambling...
Anyways, I hope you can figure them out and at least you have access to more than one now. Still loving the pics and I hope you do well. Good luck!

  3. Hi, it has been a while since I commented. Yes I would trust the scale with the bigger number but follow the scale that you are using the most. This happened to me too. I have that stupid scale at my doctors office and then the one at Jenny Craig. Yeah and most of the time those two tell me I weigh more than what I really do. That is why I got a another 3 weeks to try and get myself to 168lb. At least then I know their scale may say 170-172lb. I can handle that.

  4. you're not a magical creature, neither have you been wrong. It's the scale. Me and my friend laughed at summer when our scales (same brand, different model) showed different numbers. My scale showed both of us two pounds lighter than hers... and I tested mine with 2 lbs weight and now I know it lies 0.4 lbs up. So it's the scale not you.
