I've had a few horrible days, food wise.
I don't know how much I gained but I promised myself that I would step on the scale of doom.
I hope it's not more than a pound or two, but sadly I know it is.
I'm starting the 10 day challenge again tomorrow.
I'm so sorry that I've disappointed you.

You've not disappointed us petal, you're human and we all make mistakes. You'll bounce back from it. Stay away from the scales for a bit, the food is going to pass through your system and the gain is not going to be as bad as you think, if there even is a gain.
