Challenge Day 1- 60points
Food: 0 points
Breakfast + Lunch + cake + mom at home + cousins visiting = me depressed with too much food in my belly
Exercise: 20 points
1 hour running in place (around 500cals)
my dancing lesson tonight (around 150)
Water: 20 points
I drink it like a camel xDD (camels can drink up to 75 l at a time)
Sleep: 20 points
I was so tired yesterday. I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.
So all in all 60 points.
I still feel like a failure though.
I'll write a proper post later. I promise
