Don't scream when he takes the first bite...





I was doing the challenge for the past few days, but it's not working out so well for me.
Every day I get to 60 and then I fail (exercise or food).
It's like Im afraid of being thin, beautiful... perfect.
It's like I will run out of excuses once I am thin enough
I hate it.


So from now on, no more challenges.
Heavy r&e (restricting and exercise).

  3. dont stress about it, i don't typically follow challenges or plans e.g ABC or SGD because I always fail at them. Just find a system that works for you! xx
