As it turns out, patience pays off and Rayya was right.
This morning I weighed in at 69kg.
Plateau broken. *checked*
ABC day 2: 500calories
intake: 10 rice cakes - 493
exercise: 0
total: 493
I'm actually pissed off because I couldn't exercise but also very happy because of the weight loss.
Does that make sense?
Nothing makes sense to me anymore.
