I used LoserTown a lot for the past few days.
I came to a few new conclusions.
In order to reach 130 by 3rd September I have to fast.
I am not quitting the ABC, far from it.
For example.
Today, if following the ABC my calorie limit would be 400.
And I will take in those calories only if:
1) liquid
2) near fainting
Weight 152,4 ibs
I lost 0.4 ibs today so that's good.
Right?
Now for the plan to work, I need to lose 0.36 ibs per day which means a deficit of 1400-1500 cals per day.
My BMR is 1541.
So fasting is necessary.

ReplyDeleteApart from fasting are you doing any exercise? Some times I eat hardly anything and not lose a thing! but this week I have exercised my ass off and it seems to be helping a lot x

ReplyDeleteI totally agree with kate, It would prob be a better idea to keep eating and do some exercise. Apparently its meant to help keep your metabolism up rather than it going into shut down mode from fasting <3
I really want to get to 130-135 for September as well :( So I understand where you are coming from! It can be so frustrating at times!
