Lovelie charms....
Hey girlies :) Sorry about not posting for I few days but I was a busy-busy-bee. I've always wanted to say that xD
Okay, so here's how my week went so far:
Thursday (good day)
Breakfast: cup of coffee
Lunch: 1 bagel (290), 5 tablespoons ketchup (73)
*note about the ketchup. It like hot sauce. I use it to punish myself when eating, besides I really want to kill the bread and bagel cravings*
Diner: /
Exercise: 30min dancing (130)
*it was acctually an hour but I put 30 min just to be safe about the burned calories*
Total: 240cal
Friday (disaster day)
Breakfast: plate of peas (269)
*mom watching like a hawk*
Lunch: 2 bagels (580) 5 tablespoons ketchup (73)
*mom and dad watching like I'm about to kill myself. "Alex, honey, you look so pale. You have to eat something" "Your mother is right" "blah blah blah" Point is, they wouldn't let me leave the table until I've eaten all the food they put in front of me*
Dinner: lemonade (69), 2 slices of pizza (544)
*Friend's birthday party. I had to be a good normal girl. FML*
Exercise: /
Total: 1531
*about to shoot herself. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. Fat.*
Saturday (Not over yet)
Breakfast: plate of peas (269)
Lunch: 4 med. carrots (175)
*I felt very disappointed with myself but I couldn't not eat. I'm sorry lovelies*
Dinner: plan on nothing
Exercise: plan on 300 jumping jacks
Total: 444 so far
I just felt like I have to post something.
Oh btw blogger won't let me comment. I have no idea what's up with that. Help anyone?
